Shipping policy

Please note that the extended shipping times displayed is a precautionary estimate to allow for extra time. In most cases, all orders will still be shipped promptly, but we provide this window just in case any delays might occur.

At New2YM, we ship all orders as quickly as possible using best practices. Standard items will ship within 48 hours, as on-hand supplies allow. Custom orders that require third-party partnership may take up to 5 business days to process on their end. Once received, we will press and ship your order promptly from New2YM which will add some extra processing time.

 All orders will be tracked with a unique tracking number. If any issues arise, customers will be contacted directly and promptly with updates on their order’s status and location.
